  1. I have seen homeless guys with better looking skin than people obsessed with skin care. 99% of skincare industry is a scam, use a face wash and moisturizer. Thats all. They just put out new products so they can exploit customers and make paper

  2. Here you go, this is how i went from dull dark skin to glowing skin as a 16 year old guy:-

    Sleep at least 6 hours
stay hydrated, drink loads of water
use a good quality facewash to clean your skin in the morning and after that moisturize your face with a good moisturizer
consume protein as much as you can, never skip meals and do a little yoga

  3. *cheapest way. Best way. No need to pay double for the same type of product just diff logo. Reminds me of Nike, puma, etc. Sketchers now outlast these and sketchers are cheaper.

  4. I’m 26 and I love being outside. Plus I work in landscaping so I’m constantly getting hit by the sun, I feel like I’m actually starting to look a little old. Hopefully this can help me

  5. I noticed you mentioned using a cleanser and exfoliating product right after each other, but I just wanted to share some important info to help protect your skin.

Using a cleanser and exfoliant **back-to-back** can be too harsh on your skin, leading to irritation, dryness, and even breakouts.

Instead, it’s better to **separate the two**

    – **Cleanser** : Use it in the morning to wash away impurities and prep your skin for the day.
    – **Exfoliant (especially scrubs or chemical exfoliants)** : Use it in the evening, but only 2-3 times a week. This gives your skin time to heal and regenerate overnight.

    **Cautions** :
    – **Over-exfoliating** weakens the skin barrier and can cause redness, sensitivity, and damage.
    – Stick to gentle exfoliation, especially if you’re using chemical exfoliants (like salicylic acid or glycolic acid), as they’re potent.

This routine will give you all the benefits of a clean and smooth complexion, while keeping your skin balanced and healthy,

    Hope that helps!

  6. Sunscreen has been linked to cancer and never in the history of our existence has the sun caused any kind of cancer it’s the sunscreen that causes it. Also you don’t need a skincare routine if you have the right diet. Meaning eat the right foods with the right vitamins like b2, k, d, and get some cod liver oil and some broccoli and some sun in your diet and you’re good to go. Also stay away from sugar, carbs, and overeating, drink water too😊

  7. I have a question about my skincare routine. Can I use the CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser for oily skin, followed by the Acne Foaming Cream Cleanser, then apply Thayers Blemish Clearing Pads? After that, should I use the AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion, and finally apply a The Ordinary? Would this routine be effective and safe for my skin??

  8. Just use a good cleanser and a niacinamide serum and thats all. Dont use too much products. Man usualy hate skincare routine and applying twice a day is boring. Rather use a hat and sunglases if you hate sunscreens. Exfoliation is better for acnee marks but if youre lucky and dont have any and youre very young skip exfoliating agents.

  9. You know what I want. A Man-branded products for each of these with a man tax.
Genuinely would be much easier to know what to buy.

  10. with paula’s choice you can exfoliate 2 times a day, it’s the best product in the market but very expensive. 100ml = 40€

  11. 1. Salycilic acid is an exfoliating ingredient DO NOT use it everyday unless you want irritation and redness all over your face (3 times a week tops)
    2. Spf 30 will do fine its not necessary to go as high as 60.
    3. NEVER SKIP MOISTURISER

  12. Where can I put my benzyl
    Peroxide in this routine?
Because I exactly use the same thing but heard the panoxy is very good. Should I use panoxy like once a week?

  13. This is a good AM routine. But you shouldn’t be exfoliating every day as that will cause irritation, especially early on. Probably better to do a treatment in the evening as some ingredients can become deactivated by the sun, and further cause burning/ irritation.
