What is Skincare?
Skin care is the process of taking care of your skin. The three basic steps of a skin care routine are cleansing, moisturizing, and applying sunscreen (at least SPF 30 and broad spectrum). You should use a cleanser or face wash and moisturizer in your morning skincare routine and nighttime skincare routine. In your morning skin care routine you also want to include a sunscreen.
What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR), sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine.
Skin care or skincare is important for healthy skin. Skincare routine or skin care routine only needs three steps, cleanser (foaming cleanser or hydrating cleanser) or face wash, moisturizer or lotion or cream, and sunscreen. Toner, serum, essence, face mask, eye patch, eye cream, and face oil is extra but can help for healthy skin, smooth skin, and glowy skin.

I think cetaphil works better I’ve used both and I’ve seen much result using cetaphil it’s more gentle on the skin.

I think it’s cera ve that is better bc when he wiped the pad on cera ve theirwas nothing but cetaphill I could see a bit of foundation. But who am I to judge I really don’t know I haven’t tried any
